I just finished dropping my brother off at the airport for the third time this month. He is going back to NJ this time to bring my mom back with him. She can't fly by herself. In fact, he is basically picking her up from the hospital and taking her straight to the airport to fly her back with him. From there we are driving her straight to the nursing home. At least that is the plan. It's hard. Very very hard. It's scary. We are both apprehensive. But my dad can no longer manage the care she needs. And neither of us feel we can give her the round the clock care she needs. That leaves my dad alone, by himself in NJ. The house still needs to be cleaned up and sold, and then he is moving here as well. Change it is never ever easy...

It is hard, but I know you will make the right choices for them...let me know if you need anything.
you're doing what you think is best for your family and in the end that's all you can do.things always have a way of working out. :)
