The inside of my refrigerator is clean. Yup you read that right $65. Why $65? Well, that is how much it costs to replace the glass top of the vegetable bin in my fridge. You see for some unknown reason G.E. decided to make the top of the veggie bin be just a piece of glass that sits on top of it. As in it it not attached by anything. And you can't or won't realize this until it is too late. And thus when you go to take the whole entire bin out, instead of just wiping it down like you usually do, since it is not attached to anything, it will fall onto the tile floor and shatter into a million little pieces before you even realize what happened. And that my dear friends is how I spent my afternoon. Cleaning up broken veggie bin glass.
Serves me right for deciding to do some cleaning instead of scrapping. I mean really what was I thinking? If I scrapped instead, I'd be $65 richer and my biggest worry would be cleaning up bits of paper, paint and ink.

I was going to pick up the girls yesterday and as I was driving I was thinking where I left my cell phone, retracing my steps I realized that I left the stove with a big pot with Chili on, I was 3/4 of the way to my destination and I had to turn around for the phone and the chili....Imagine coming home almost 4 hrs later, I dont kwon if the house would've been standing anymore. Bye, bye scrapbooking supplies.
House work is hazardous to your health...always think twice before allowing yourself to be drawn into this potentially dangerous job. Besides WORK is a four letter word...bad!
